Gallery Krisstel Martin was founded in 2008 by Krisstel Martin with the aim to bridge collector and artist.

The gallery represents a selection of emerging and established artists and is focused on introducing art to an international audience, showing Asian art in Europe and vice versa. Seeing art as a pertinent and instrumental media for socio-political discourse, the gallery seeks to serve as a platform for art that is relatable and inspiring.

The gallery began showing art from South Asia and in 2011, the gallery left its 2000 sq ft venue in Tanjong Pagar Distripark in Singapore and went completely online, organising exhibitions internationally and expanding its network of artists outside Asia.

Since 2014, the gallery has expanded its operations and networks in Europe with its headquarters in Venice, Italy.

Former university lecturer, Krisstel Martin holds a Masters Degree in Asian Art Histories from The University of London and a Bachelor of Business Degree in Economics and Finance from RMIT.
